Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and the seasonal store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Responsible for guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required and a flexible schedule is needed to support seasonal store needs.
