Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager oversees and supports Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up/teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsible for maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability. Requires 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule and prior retail management experience are required.
