Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of Seasonal Store. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation to ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Minimum age 18, flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, fixtures setup and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
