Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit store; support Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability. Responsible for aspects of store operations, including establishing and maintaining guest services, merchandising standards, and physical duties such as standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule required. Prior retail management experience required.
