Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various operational tasks including staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. This role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
