Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsible for assisting with overall store operations to ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all merchandising/inventory control tasks. Minimum age 18, flexible schedule required. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
