Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and is responsible for assisting with Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage and inventory/merchandising management to maximize sales and profitability. Role requires flexible schedule, 8+ hours of standing/walking, ability to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds, and prior retail management experience.
