Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and is responsible for supporting store operations to maximize sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. Requires 18+ years old, flexible schedule, 8+ hours of standing/walking with physical tasks (ladder use, lifting up to 50 pounds). Prior retail management experience is required.
