Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Supports the Store Manager in operations to maximize sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Minimum age 18; flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
