Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
- Flexible schedule required.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
