Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and should possess prior retail and/or management experience.
