Assistant Store Manager - Spartanburg, SC

Welcome and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend products while guiding them on promotions and warranties. Operate cash registers to process payments accurately and load, unload, and arrange merchandise for purchase. Build displays, set up fixtures, and perform technical repairs on cell phones, tablets, and key fobs, including screen replacements and battery rebuilds. Cut keys, reprogram remotes, and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and restocking throughout the day. Act as manager on duty during the Store Manager's absence to lead the team and ensure smooth operations. Clean and restock before opening, after closing, and throughout shifts while adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
