Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in running daily store operations, leading and developing the sales team, and contributing to strategy to optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance. Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers and your team on ASICS products and how they help individuals meet their goals. Manage a full-time Tuesday through Sunday roster in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Required Qualifications
- Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a full-time Tuesday - Sunday set roster
