Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience; use operational tools to achieve operational excellence; review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and improvements; manage cash activities; ensure food safety compliance; own and promote brand standards; maintain store appearance and cleanliness to brand standards; drive implementation of company programs; assist in developing local store marketing plans including community outreach; collaborate to deliver smoothies and healthy products; provide exceptional guest experience; possess strong interpersonal skills; act with integrity and a guest-first attitude; maintain attendance; be willing to coach and mentor; detail-oriented; self-starter; adaptable to a fast-paced environment; able to work cross-functionally and hours required to run the store; reliable transportation; basic POS knowledge; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
