Job Summary
Assist in driving store performance by supporting the store manager: overseeing staff recruitment, training and development; ensuring sales policies and procedures are followed; modeling high levels of sales and service; collaborating on merchandising and visual directives; communicating inventory needs; supporting payroll integrity; evaluating employee performance and providing feedback; partnering with HR for HR-related issues; and fostering a diverse, customer-focused team culture. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to achieve business goals in a premium retail environment. Must have more than 2 years of management experience in the premium/luxury retail industry, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
