Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at SmartStop Self Storage Store #1365 – Tucson, AZ. Responsible for leasing storage units, preparing rental agreements, handling monetary transactions, supervising on-site projects and staff, and maintaining tenant relationships. Duties include promoting storage solutions, ensuring property cleanliness and curb appeal, and performing light maintenance. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance; background check required. Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Starting pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour.
