Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at SmartStop Self Storage (Store #1098 Premier RV Storage, Marana, AZ) responsible for leasing storage units and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. Duties include handling monetary transactions, creating rental agreements, promoting self-storage solutions, performing light maintenance, ensuring property curb appeal, and maintaining knowledge of products/services. Role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance; background check required. Hours: Friday–Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm; starting pay $16.00–$17.00 per hour.
