Assistant Store Manager

Assist the store manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies in a Sherwin-Williams paint store. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of store operations such as customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety; supervising and training store staff; and contacting customers to generate sales leads. Position involves typical schedule of 44 hours per week, evenings and/or weekends, potential eligibility for bonus, and benefits including health coverage, FSAs, disability, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, medical leave, vacation, and holidays. Access to cash and other valuables is required, and a criminal history review is conducted to protect the business and customers.
