Complete administrative duties, address operational issues, and lead staff development and personal growth to maintain superior customer service. This role requires a minimum of three years in food-related retail management, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Salary ranges from $71,000 to $99,000 annually for qualified applicants in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in another food-related/retail site
- Intermediate Computer skills with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years experience at Mollie Stone's Markets with a 'person-in-charge' role
