Job Summary
Manage store operations by resolving customer complaints, coordinating inventory purchases, and supervising merchandising efforts. Lead staff through efficient scheduling, recruitment, and continuous training to meet staffing objectives and productivity goals. Develop security and safety programs while promoting Shoppers Home Health Care sales through personalized advice. Plan and implement successful events, pursue succession planning, and ensure all employees adhere to safety procedures and company policies. This role reports to the Store Manager at Real Canadian Superstore, a leading Canadian retailer committed to sustainability and inclusivity.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication/presentation skills to instruct individuals and groups on the use, maintenance and servicing of equipment
- The ability to develop and maintain client contacts
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Complies to health and safety regulations
