Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at SecureSpace Self-Storage supports the Store Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager to drive store goals. The role emphasizes teamwork with staff and customers, travel to nearby locations for scheduled shifts, weekend/holiday availability, and collaborating on shift schedules. Requires 1+ year of experience in storage/retail/hospitality, strong English communication, customer-service mindset, proficiency in Word and Excel, ability to address safety and maintenance concerns, and willingness to travel occasionally.
