Responsibilities include supervising staff, promoting rentals and moving supplies, handling accounts of past-due tenants, guiding customers through the rental process, conducting daily property inspections for security and cleanliness, performing light maintenance and gardening tasks, operating roll-up doors, utilizing power tools, coordinating with a US-based customer success team, and occasionally traveling to other locations for scheduled shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling flexibility (weekends/holidays as needed), and maintaining brand standards while contributing to safety and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum (1) year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Identifies potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues
  • Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts
