Job Summary
Direct store operations by executing brand beverage recipes, resolving customer service issues, and leading the team during high-volume rushes. Manage efficient workflows, assist the Store Manager with onboarding new hires, and provide constructive feedback to reinforce performance. Proactively increase sales while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to operational procedures. Demonstrate punctuality and adaptability as the primary point of contact when the Store Manager is unavailable. This role serves as a barista role model within a franchise unit of Scooter's Coffee, a specialty brand focused on sustainably sourced ingredients and exceptional customer connections.
