Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager assists the store manager in planning, directing and controlling store operations, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsible for hiring, firing, promotions, and disciplinary actions; assists in ordering product, supporting sales plans, maximizing sales, and supervising staff across all departments. Establishes and communicates policies, trains employees, writes schedules and reports, and interacts with vendors. Must be able to read and interpret financial statements, balance cash, provide direction to staff, and conduct meetings to communicate business results. Requires leadership, reliability, multitasking, and the ability to travel to and from work. Location noted as Struthers, OH.
