Job Summary
Contribute to driving store sales targets and category-wise goals while overseeing daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and shrinkage prevention. Assist the Store Manager in fostering a customer-centric culture by handling escalated queries, monitoring policy adherence, and ensuring store compliance through regular audits. Support team development through coaching, conflict resolution, and on-the-job training, while providing input for data-driven decisions on performance metrics and inventory optimization. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports and scheduling, adapting quickly to new business strategies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- HSC with 5+ years of Experience
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years of experience
- specifically in fashion retail industry
- must be at a Team Leader/Team handling role for min 6 months
- HSC qualification with 5+ years of experience in Fashion Retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in retail POS systems
