Job Summary
Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and team leadership at the Cohuna retail location. Assist with stock control, inventory management, and supplier coordination while building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide high-quality sales support and product advice in a rural retail setting, implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Step into the Store Manager role during periods of absence. Requires 2–3 years' experience in retail or agricultural retail with strong customer service skills. Monday–Friday working pattern with a competitive salary package.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in retail, sales, or merchandising
- Strong customer service and relationship‐building skills
- Practical understanding of stock control and store operations
- Confident, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands‐on environment
