Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will support the Store Manager in all areas and take on primary duties in their absence. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure a great customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals while maintaining safety and security standards. Qualifications include at least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. A cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion
