Job Summary
Oversee store operations and support the Store Manager by leading daily goals, managing inventory, and ensuring brand standards in merchandising and back rooms. Direct associate development through training, coaching, and recruitment while resolving customer issues and maintaining sales KPIs. Execute company processes including Omni-channel fulfillment, payroll scheduling, and opening/closing procedures. Enforce safety policies, protect assets through cash and shrink controls, and ensure compliance with HAZMAT training. Maintain open communication with management and peers to foster a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
- Can effectively communicate with team and management
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
- Must be able to perform long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
- Must be able to work in other stores from time to time
- Must be able to use safe work practices with office equipment
- Must observe fire regulations and traffic signals
- Must be able to avoid trips and falls
- Must be able to complete required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
- At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
- Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
