Job Summary
Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals by ensuring the sales floor is adequately staffed and prioritizing service. Coach associates on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources while resolving client service issues related to delivery and pick-up. Maintain presence through store supervision to enforce fair treatment and uphold the People-First Philosophy. This full-time role requires excellent leadership and critical thinking skills, with physical demands including extended mobility and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills
- Great time management skills
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Full time availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex availability for two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday)
- Part-Time Flex availability for two separate weekend days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
- Open availability beyond the minimum required for associates scheduled 20 hours or more weekly
