Job Summary
Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals while coaching the team to meet performance goals. Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up, and support the Store Manager in daily operations and showroom standards. Supervise a small team of 1–3 employees by providing coaching, feedback, and accountability, stepping in to lead the store when needed. Train new hires at the Shamokin location before the Pottsville opening begins this fall. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with Monday–Friday 10am–7pm and Saturday 10am–6pm.

- Full-time (40 hours/week)
