Job Summary
Lead sales efforts by engaging customers, following up on leads, and closing deals while coaching the team to meet performance goals. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, showroom standards, and inventory accuracy, stepping in to lead the store when needed. Supervise a small team of 1–3 employees by providing feedback, accountability, and training on sales techniques and customer experience. Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with Monday–Friday 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–6pm required, Sunday closed. Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay.
