Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in delivering outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' C.H.A.R.M service model. Lead the store team to drive sales and support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock room management, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards. Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across teams to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities. Stay informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to elevate customer experience, and ensure policy compliance (Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control). Model best practices and drive sales performance by empowering the team and helping achieve KPIs. Requirements include 18+ years old, 2-3 years retail experience with preference for prior store leadership, flexible schedule, and potential driver’s license if driving is essential. The role is based at Ellenton locations with in-person work expectations. The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
