Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop full-year business growth plans, including forecasting and validating operational strategies for programs like BOPIS and ship-from-store. Directly manage Captains and coach the broader store team on service, selling, and leadership behaviors while holding all teammates accountable for compliance with policies and procedures. Own hiring decisions for Captains and hourly staff based on supervisor recommendations, ensuring targeted recruitment and effective interviewing practices. Oversee payroll, staff scheduling, and workforce flexibility to align with budget goals and sales trends. Uphold merchandising standards, safety protocols, and brand presentation while driving performance through strong leadership and regular development planning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience) required
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
