Job Summary
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting and planning 90+ days out. Directly manage Captains and indirectly manage the broader store team through coaching, development, and performance management, including disciplinary recommendations. Uphold merchandising standards, drive company programs like loyalty enrollment, and model service behaviors to elevate the athlete experience. Lead training initiatives, approve staffing plans, and own hiring decisions for the Captain population while overseeing payroll and scheduling. Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures, holding teammates accountable for meeting expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
- AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process
