Job Summary
Assist Store Manager responsibilities include supervising all store departments to optimize operations, motivate and develop the team, conduct interviews and hiring, coach performance, resolve employee and customer issues, implement Cosentino Customer Service Standards, manage labor costs and scheduling, promote new items and weekly specials through merchandising, ensure health/sanitation compliance and safety protocols, and collaborate with the Store Director to maintain high standards of service and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required for deliveries.
- A food handling permit must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment.
- A liquor license is required prior to the first day of work (If applicable).
- A minimum (2) years of management experience in a food service, retail, and/or grocery store setting is required.
- Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino Learning Plan.
