Job Summary
Supervise retail associates in daily store operations, manage opening/closing procedures, and serve as Manager on Duty. Guide, direct, and motivate the team while recruiting, hiring, and training members. Monitor sales to hit forecasted goals, coordinate daily activities, and receive shipments for inventory monitoring. Enforce company policies, complete price changes, and assist with banking and cash handling. Provide product education to customers and lead by example to promote an efficient environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a retail/apparel setting
- 1+ years in a supervisory role
