Job Summary
Oversee daily showroom operations including sales, customer service, and maintenance while mentoring and training a team of commissioned sales associates. Coach staff to establish realistic monthly sales goals, implement individual and team objectives, and maintain positive morale. Ensure customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction with purchases and deliveries, assisting in the sales process to enhance the shopping experience and educate associates. Maintain a clean, inviting showroom environment and utilize personal sales experience to support the team. Work a flexible schedule covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales management
- experience focused in the furniture industry managing commissioned sales associates
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- fluent in both English and Spanish
- knowledge of computer programs like Outlook, Word and Excel
- ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- desire to succeed in a sales driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales management, specifically with experience focused in the furniture industry managing commissioned sales associates
