Job Summary
Oversee the daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and maintenance; mentor and train a team of commissioned sales associates to improve customer experience and sales profitability; coach sales consultants to meet monthly sales goals and develop action plans; assist in maintaining a clean, inviting showroom and participate in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably with experience managing commissioned sales associates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
