Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and maintenance; mentoring and training a team of commissioned sales associates to improve customer experience and sales profitability; ensuring customers are satisfied with purchases and deliveries; coaching staff to meet monthly sales goals; maintaining a clean, inviting showroom; participating in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience; fostering positive morale among staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in retail sales management, preferably in furniture industry
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to train and develop a high-performing sales team
- proficiency with computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
