Lead daily retail operations by acting as the store's representative and pacesetter, directing all shop activities in the absence of the Store Manager. Schedule staff, manage inventory counts, and coach new and existing teammates to ensure exceptional rider service and satisfaction. Collaborate with service and operations managers to uphold cleanliness standards, manage special orders, and track revenue goals to exceed run costs. Establish long-term relationships with key riders and retailers based on purchase data while maintaining compliance with all company policies.
