ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Hire, train, and manage technicians and counter salespeople while overseeing all sales, accounting, service, and collection activities at the single-store level. Control in-store programs to meet company objectives and quotas, delegate priorities to trained employees, and conduct continuous training for all staff. Ensure strong sales and financials, maintain RNR policies, and guarantee the security and safety of the facility by demonstrating excellent customer service daily. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history is required, along with passing drug screening and background checks. Prior experience in auto dealership or retail management is helpful.
