Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager for Riverside Food Store at North Central Co-op in St. Albert, AB. Lead a retail team, execute day-to-day operations, drive sales, margins, and inventory control, recruit and develop staff, promote brand and merchandising standards, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and maintain a professional community presence. Requires Food Safety Certificate, 1+ year retail food leadership, and at least 3 years retail food experience; post-secondary education is an asset. Willingness to relocate to NCC locations and strong Microsoft Office skills are expected.
