Assistant Store Manager - Richland MS

Provide hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals. Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics as required due to business needs or absences. Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Requires a current and valid driver's license.
