Job Summary
Monitor store performance metrics including sales, profit, and product levels while ensuring compliance with company standards. Execute strategies to drive year-over-year growth and stable KPIs, providing weekly feedback to leadership on product and sales performance. Manage the retail team's day-to-day operations, handle customer complaints, and uphold inventory accuracy. Partner with Store Leadership on staffing, hiring, and performance discussions, while embodying brand values as a clienteling ambassador. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support revenue targets and maintain operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years Retail Store Management Experience
- Proven experience in working within a sales driven environment
- Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty for Revolve & FWRD
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (customers, team members, HQ partners, etc.)
- Ability to cascade and communicate clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential
- Ability to efficiently execute operationally, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ability to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOH
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business
- A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work with good judgement & reason
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Understanding of Retail Labor Laws
