Job Summary
Oversee customer and donor experience, drive store productivity, and achieve sales and margin targets while maintaining brand standards. Manage Softline operations, Purchased Goods for Resale, and seasonal sets, ensuring merchandise adherence to guidelines and optimal product rotation. Support leadership with adequate donation and POS coverage, monitor the sales floor for operational compliance and safety, and analyze data to identify trends and implement actionable policies. Recognize employee strengths, delegate challenging assignments, and champion community engagement initiatives. Requires two years of college or equivalent experience, five years in retail or production, and a working phone. Schedule includes varied hours, at least two closing shifts weekly, and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of college education or experience equivalency
- minimum of 5 years' experience
- Forklift certification, if required at site
- Experience in retail and/or production setting
- Must have a working phone that allows for communication accessibility
- Work varied schedule and flexible hours
