Job Summary
Develop a store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Assist the store manager in managing associate time, training staff, and developing schedules to maximize productivity while meeting sales and shrink targets. Monitor customer transactions, ensure product freshness and merchandising alignment with seasonal trends, and oversee inventory taking. Maintain proper temperatures in cases, adhere to restricted sale guidelines, and report safety risks, illegal activity, or accidents immediately. Gain and maintain knowledge of products and POS systems for various tender types. This role supports Renfroe's mission statement with physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds and standing long periods.
