Job Summary
Lead the shift like an owner by delegating with purpose, coaching team members, and ensuring fresh food is fully stocked while adhering to food safety and loss prevention practices. Maintain impeccable store standards by keeping the environment clean and welcoming, managing cash handling, and driving sales and profitability through open communication with leadership. Prioritize safety, handle customer challenges with care, and ensure operations run smoothly across all weather conditions. Work various shifts including overnight, travel within the district as needed, and stand or walk continuously in a cold environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills
- Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed
- 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required
