Job Summary
Lead the sales floor and deliver a top-notch customer experience for Calvin Klein by executing business strategies, driving daily sales goals, and fostering an inclusive, motivated team. As Assistant Manager, you will oversee store operations (opening/closing procedures, day-to-day performance, coaching), function as a Key Holder, and represent the brand through brand ambassador activities, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain brand standards, drive performance, and support a high-functioning team aligned with PVH values. The role emphasizes leadership, store operations, coaching, customer relationship building, and driving sales while upholding the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds
