Job Summary
Manage day-to-day store operations to meet key performance indicators, profit and loss expectations, and seasonal initiatives. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members while ensuring all employees adhere to retail standards and brand values. Resolve guest escalations, address emergent issues, and execute health and safety protocols. Move dynamically on the floor to assess business, team, and guest needs, providing technical product education and supporting omnichannel programs. Cooperate on developing action plans to achieve store objectives and timelines. You must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential to open and close the store.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role
- You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- You may be required to open and close the store as needed
