Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day retail operations at Allen Premium Outlets, driving sales culture to meet or exceed KPIs and profitability goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Lead and develop team Members through recruiting, training, and succession planning; implement store programs, policies, and seasonal initiatives; coordinate with the Store Manager to execute health and safety standards and omnichannel programs (buy online pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store); manage coaching and performance management, and resolve guest feedback to uphold brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
